JOHN SKIDMORE

Senior Consultant

John Skidmore is the President and Senior Consultant of JP Skidmore & Company. In addition to holding a senior consulting license, John also has an MBA. He began his career in property management but quickly transitioned to commercial appraisal. Eventually, he found his true calling in property tax consulting.

In 2012, John founded JP Skidmore & Company. Under his leadership, the company has flourished, now managing $1.3 billion in commercial and industrial property value and achieving millions of dollars in tax savings for clients annually.         

MITCHELL RAMSEY

Consultant

Mitchell Ramsey is a consultant at JP Skidmore & Company, where he began his career in 2019. Prior to joining the company, Mitchell interned at a graphic design firm and is set to graduate from UTEP this Spring, where he was also a member of the UTEP Hockey Team.

His internship and coursework in coding have equipped him with advanced Excel and coding skills, which are instrumental in leveraging technology for property tax consulting at JP Skidmore & Company. Mitchell has earned his Property Tax Consultant License and is on track to attain his Senior Consulting License within the next year.

 

CLARA VILLASENOR

Consultant

Clara Villasenor is a consultant at JP Skidmore & Company. She graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) with a BBA in Marketing and a Minor in Commercial Real Estate. Clara began her career at JP Skidmore & Company during her sophomore year of undergraduate studies.

During her time at UTEP, Clara collaborated with her finance professor on a property tax white paper and served as the Vice President of Membership for an all-women’s health and wellness organization. She graduated cum laude and achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA in her Commercial Real Estate minor.
